Metal Detecting Coins and Silver Rings In My Backyard

Still finding interesting stuff in the backyard, I'm also covering ground I've already covered, so it pays to play with the settings.

Favorite find was a ring that I think may be silver, gonna get it checked out at some stage, though it does look like a toy ring, which could be a bit embarrassing. Anyway below is some video and photos of my finds.

That spool holder would be nice. that will take up some serious realty on my dresser, though. i'm wondering if there square measure smaller ones.

  11. Hi, I need a suggestion. In your opinion what metal detector is best? Garrett 250 or Fisher F2?

    Thanks and happy hunting!

    1. Hi there, I haven't got any experiance with the Garret 250 and I can't quite remember why I chose a Fisher over a Garret, but I think that I kept reading that the F2 had better pin pointing than the Garret equivalent. The F2 is a good all rounder, you do get to learn what targets may be from the display over time, but it's definitely a dig everything machine.

      Hope that helps.
